Yummie!
Makes a little over 2 quart-sized mason jars.
Combine all ingredients except the dried fruit in a bowl and stir well.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 30-45 minutes stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven, let cool off and mix in the dried fruit pieces ( and chocolate chips if using).
Delicious and easy to adapt to your own likes. Just follow the ratios of oats to nuts and seeds.
My favorite variations include:
For nuts: almonds, pistacchios
For seeds: pumpkin seeds
For fruit: dried cherries , apricots
