Combine oats, rice cereal, brown sugar, and nuts in large bowl. Bring maple syrup, honey, and oil to a boil. Pour over the oat mixture. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 2 large cookie sheets at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in dried fruit if desired. Store in airtight container and Enjoy!
