Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Pour oats, nuts, salt and cinnamon into large bowl. Add syrup and oil. Stir, stir, stir! Spread on large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300 for 30 to 45 minutes. Stop cooking when oats are toasty brown. Stir after 30 minutes. Mix in dried fruit when cool. Store in airtight container.
