Granola with pecans, cranberries and date honey. Not overly sweet. With addition of 1 tsp of coarse salt can be used as a delicious salad topping
mix together oats, shredded dry coconut, pre-roasted sunflower seeds, and cinnamon
whisk together oil and date honey and then pour over oats slowly, mixing to cover all the ingredients thoroughly
spread over 2 large flat baking pans which have been lined with
baking paper
Bake at 150 centigrade for 35 minutes while stiring every 10 minutes to get an even color
The granola gets crispy as it cools-you made need to break up clusters (or leave them if you like it that way!)
The coarse salt is an option for those who like to eat the granola over salad-and can also be be added per-portion at serving time
watch carefully in the oven-can burn quickly
