Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl combine oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and raisins.
In a small pan combine oil and honey. Heat to warm. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture and stir to coat well.
Spread into a large bar pan. Bake 40 minutes, removing from oven to stir every 10 minutes. Cool completely; store in airtight container.
