Suggest a better descriptionDerretir la manteca en una cacerola, añadir la cebolla picada y cocinarla con un poco de sal hasta que se quede transparente, incorporar el trigo previamente hidratado en agua durante 12 horas, verter el agua o caldo de verduras hirviendo con sal, llevar al fuego para que el trigo se hidrate, antes de que se termine la cocción agregar el vino blanco, para saborizar, estará listo cuando el trigo se quede tierno y cremosa la preparación. Añadir un poco de queso parmesano rallado, y terminar con una cuchara de manteca la cual nos dará brillo y untuosidad. Rectificar la sazón.
