Combine granulated sugar, cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla and blend well with mixer. Stir grapes in carefully. Pour into a 9x13 dish and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Refrigerate. This will keep for 3 to 4 days in the frig.
