Suggest a better descriptionEmpty juice can into 160 ounce gallon jug. Add sugar and top up with water to leave 3 inch of space in top of jug. Add yeast and cover with balloon. When balloon is totally deflated your wine should be ready. Taste, if it is picky on the tongue, it needs a few more days. Usual time is 28 days.
