Preheat oven to 350.
Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl combine eggs, yogurt, sugar, grapefruit zest, honey, vanilla and canola oil.
Gradually stir in flour mixture into yogurt mixture.
Pour into a 9" round cake pan.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean - about 25 to 30 minutes.
While cake bakes, mix confectioner's sugar with enough to reach desired consistency for glaze - should be thick and milky colored.
Drizzle glaze over cake allowing some to drip down sides.
Garnish with grapefruit sections and mint.
