Wonderful flavor in Garlic and Rosemary (grass) Steak or chicken. When my son was young, he referred to the rosemary as "grass" and the name stuck. This is very flavorful marinate. My friends and family love it and ask for it all the time.
Marinate Steak in a gallon plastic bag with all the ingredients. Marinate 2-24 hours.
Barbecue the meat and enjoy!
VARIATION:
- Marinate Chicken (Note: NEVER marinate Steak and Chicken together)
Be careful, the oil in the marinate can cause flare ups on the grill.
