Preheat oven to 450
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a small skillet and add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring ofetn, until the mushrooms are wilted and give up their liquid. Add the shallots and garlic and cook briefly.
Spoon the mushroom mixture into a serving bowl. Let cool briefly. Add 2 tablespoons of soft butter, the scallops, bread crumbs parsley and salt and peper to taste to the mushrooms. Blend well
Fill six seafood shells with the mixture.
Arrange the shells on a baking dish . Melt the remaining butter and pour it over the scallops and place in the oven.
Bake 10 minutes. Run the scallops under the broiler until nicely brown on top, about 1 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
