This is a great salad to go along with burger, hot dogs, ribs, pork chops, etc. Best served warm.
Boil potatoes. Drain, cut in half length wise and then slice.
Fry bacon and dice. Save grease in pan.
Put slice potatoes back in pot and pour grease over them.
Add eggs and seasonings.
Add vinegar to taste. I add at least a cup for more tartness.
Warm up.
Serve as side salad.
Enjoy.
Salad develops more taste over several days.
Can be reheated in microwave but make sure to cover.
Add the vinegar to your tastes. Start with half cup and increase to your level of comfort.
