The perfect Christmas treat
Preheat oven to 350 f
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a larger bowl, cream the icing sugar with the butter and shortening.
Add in the flour mix, mix together until flaky.
Chill in the fridge for one hour.
Roll dough into a log. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet and sprinkle a little bit of crushed candy cane on top.
Bake for 10 mins.
Remove from pan to cool.
Make sure you don't mix the dough too much
