This will be the best marinade you will have ever used on any cut of steak.
Mix all but the rosemary together. I just whisked it but you can blend it. This becomes the marinade you will pour over the steaks
I put the steaks into a plastic container but first i laid the rosemary under the steaks then poured the marinade over top. You want to marinade for about 24 hrs but 12 should do it. If you use a bag just make sure the rosemary is evenly distributed.
Marinade should work for 4 steaks.
When you pull the steaks, rinse and pat them off (marinade will be absorbed mostly). The marinade will burn if you cook it. Once you have the steaks out (1 - 2 hours before grilling) hit them with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. Back in the fridge. (Throw away the rosemary)
