Spread rocket pesto on each chop.
Top with sliced capsicum (bell peper) and halved tomato and capers.
Lastly top with grated cheese and black pepper to taste
Bake about 15 minutes or until done.
Served on steamed silverbeet and topped with zucchini coins (baked at same time)
