A quick and easy marinate for grilled chicken.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic and oregano in a large ziplock bag. Pierce chicken breasts with a fork several times and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chicken to bag and shake to coat with marinate. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes. Remove chicken from bag and grill until juices run clear. (Do not overcook.)
