Make Tzatziki: combine yogurt garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. add drained cucumber and mixed dill mix and refrigerate until ready to use, drizzle with remaining olive oil garnish with sprig of fresh dill.
Make the steak. Preheat a gas grill. Place the whole peppers on the grill over high heat. cook turning occasionally until cahrred on all sides ( about 15 minutes). Allow peppers to steam for ten minutes, peel away skins remove strips and cut into strips. Drizzle with olive oil.
Season meat with Salt and Pepper. and cook on grill until cooked.
Put onions on the grill, turn ounce and place in bowl once soft.
Assemble meat, pepper sand onions and drizzle with Tzatziki.
