In bowl combine lamb, onions, olives, garlic, mint, oregano, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Shape into four patties.
Placed on a greased grill over medium-high heat; cover and grill, turning once, until cooked, turning once, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Grill cut sides of buns until toasted, about two minutes.
Assemble burgers with tomato slices, feta, olives and mint chiffonade.
NB - I assembled this with tzakiki sauce.
