Slow Cooker recipe
Saute onions, garlic, and lemon juice over medium heat; 2-4 minutes.
Combine lentils, onions, celery, broth, greek seasoning, dried spices, garlic tomatoes and fresh black pepper to taste, into slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours; until lentils are soft.
Add spinach and lemon juice to slow cooker. Cook for 30 more minutes.
Top with feta cheese; serve hot.
