A hearty Greek meal with lamb mince.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add mince and fry over a medium heat, until browned.
Add tomatoes; tomato puree; salt & pepper; stock and mixed herbs - bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
MEANWHILE cook the macaroni.
Beat together yoghurt; cornflour; eggs; 3 tablespoons of cheese and the oregano. Mix 1/3 of this with the cooked macaroni.
Spoon the mince mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Pour the macaroni mix on top of the meat, then spoon the rest of the yoghurt mix on top and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
