Suggest a better description1. Combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and cracked pepper in bowl. Zest lemon into bowl. Add juice from 1/2 lemon (1-2 Tbs). Stir until combined. Stir in parsley.
2. Add chicken pieces and yogurt marinade to a gallon sized ziploc bag. Remove as much air as possible and close. Make sure chicken is well coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Bake chicken at 375 for 45-60 minutes in large casserole dish until golden brown.
