Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
1) Mix all the ingredients for the meatloaf together in a big bowl (top 11 ingredients listed above). Wearing food preparation gloves, thoroughly mix the ingredients together with your hands.
2) Spray the glass meatloaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Press the meat mixture into the pan
3) Cook for 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees with a meat thermometer.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, serve on top of meatloaf.
