Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add remaining vinaigrette ingredients and whisk together.
Set aside.
Drain and rinse pasta with cold water.
Place on a large baking sheet.
Spread out to distribute evenly.
Place in refrigerator and let cool completely.
Place pasta, feta, red onion, basil and
tomatoes in a large mixing bowl and mix together until all items are well integrated.
Pour vinaigrette over and stir together.
Can be eaten right away but best when the flavors really blend, at least 1 hour.
