Prepare all ingredients except pasta. Wash and chop spinach, drain tomatos and garbanzo beans, and crumble feta.
Prepare Orzo as directed, careful not to overcook. Drain pasta and pour into large bowl. Let pasta cool only for a few minutes. Add all ingredients and stir. Only add 1/3 to 1/2 bottle of dressing. Dressing can be added to individual servings based on taste.
Add Chicken or ground turkey to make it a main course.
Can be served warm or cold. Warm is my favorite though.
