2. I like to soak shallots in water before adding them to salads to take out the “bite”. ?
3. Combine olive oil, lemon, sumac, and pepper.?
4. To the orzo, add cucumbers, tomatoes, shallots, olive tapenade, parm, and feta. Then, mix in the dressing. Enjoy!
