Suggest a better description1) Cook the Rice in slightly salted water.
2) Brown off the minced lamb season with salt and pepper.
3) Grate the cheese and chop the onion.
4) Either flash fry or microwave the chopped onion just to soften it slightly.
5) Use the Milk, butter and flour in a pan, heat up stirring continually until sauce thickens.
6) Add half of the onion and three quarters of the cheese and the egg (beaten) to the sauce mix and stir, add the rice into the sauce mix and stir it in well.
7) Mix tomato purée, remaining onion and beef stock into the browned lamb mince and simmer for 5 mins.
8) in an oven dish line the bottom with half of the rice mix, then pour over the top your Minced Lamb and then top off with the remaining rice mix.
9) sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
10 Place in preheated oven 180 C middle shelf and cook for 35 mins or until top has browned over.
