Ours never used meat
Chop 5 onions in bowl. Add 1TBS salt, ½ bunch of finely chopped parsley (fresh), 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 cup rice, 1-2 cans tomato sauce, water until ingredients are sort of loose and floating. Cut tops off 8-9 green peppers and fill 2/3rds the way up w/ rice mixture. Put tops back. Back 350 for 2 hours, turning them over after 1 hour.
Makes 8-9 peppers
