1- On a non-stick skillet add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and roast the Halloumi Cheese on both sides.
2- For caramelizing the walnut add the 1/2 cup of sugar in a sauce pan and stir until all the sugar crystals are melted and take a honey color and then add the walnut to the caramel and gently stir until all the nuts are covered and then spread them on a rack (separately).
3- Mix all the salad ingredients together.
4- Add the grilled Halloumi Cheese and the Caramelized walnut on the top of the salad mix.
5- Mix all the sauce ingredient together.
6- Add the sauce at the serving time.
Note: After cutting the Apples add to them some lemon juice so they remain fresh and bright until you serve it.
