Green bananas are packed with nutrients. It has iron, fiber and other nutrients that aid in regulating blood sugar and blood pressure. It is also a great side dish and goes perfectly with fish.
Green Bananas:
Put apprx 3 cups of water to boil
Add ½ Tbsp Salt and ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
Peel Green bananas
Slice Green bananas and add to boiling water.
Boil for 20 mins
Snapper:
Let fish sit in lemon juice and vinegar for a few mins
In saucepan, put 1 ½ Cup water to boil.
Add dried chillies, lemon slices, ½ Tbsp oil,
1 Tbsp Salt, ¼ Cup Sake, 2 Tsp Black Pepper,
1 Tsp Coriander, ½ Tsp Ground ginger/ ¼” fresh GInger
And Garlic cloves.
Bring to a boil, then add fish.
Cook fish for 15 mins.
Salad Dressing:
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Oil
½ Tbsp Sake
½ Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp Salt
Peeling green bananas in water or under running water helps keep sap off your fingers, and stops bananas from changing color.
