Combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, bacon bits, and salt and pepper to taste in an oven safe baking dish. Mix well.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, until bubbling.
If preparing for a later date, cool and refrigerate now. When finishing the dish, reheat for 10 minutes at 350°F before proceeding.
Top with crispy fried onions. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until crispy fried onions brown to desired doneness.
Serve hot.
