Drain beans and peas. Add chopped pimiento, pepper, celery, and onions rings.
Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Add salt and wesson oil.
Pour over vegetables. Let marinate for 24 hours.
Drain before serving.
This will keep for several days after it is marinated and is wonderful for a large crown and can be make ahead of time.
