Add onion and garlic and sautee until soft and translucent.
Add the tomatoes and red pepper flakes and sautee until tomatoes begin to break down.
Stir in the green beans, tossing to coat.
Add wine and stir. Bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
