Place beans in water and cover. Microwave on high 4-7 mins until crisp-tender. Plunge in ice water to stop cooking. Drain and set aside. Cook bacon and reserve 2 T drippings. Sauté green onions in reserved drippings over medium-high for 1 min. Add green beans, salt and pepper. Sauté 2-3 mins or until heated. Add bacon.
Can sub 2 ready to eat bags of green beans. Omit water, pierce bag and cook.
