1. Make chile lime butter:.
2. Stir together butter, shallot, zest, lime juice, chile and salt
in a bowl.
3. Wash and snap ends off of green beans.
4. Bring about 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add beans. When it starts to boil again cook for 4-6 minutes or until crisp tender.
