Suggest a better descriptionHeat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan the add the curry paste. Fry for 3 minutes, then add the chicken and cook until opaque. Add the coconut milk and fish sauce. Cook on a gentle heat for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Add the basil leaves just before the end and serve scattered with chilli. Serve with jasmine or basmati rice.
