This is very tasty. The chilies come in mild, medium and hot. Use whichever fits your particular palate.
Put cream cheese in blender and add thawed green chilies and water enough to blend. Blend until smooth. Pour into sauce pan. Add grated cheese to sauce pan and heat until cheese is melted.
Layer green chile sauce, tortillas, chicken, cheese, etc.,, Should be two layers of tortillas. Top with more green chile and cheese.
