2. Heat up corn tortillas in the microwave until pliable, about 30 seconds depending on the microwave.
3. In a 9"x13" pan, lay corn tortilla down and fill with some chicken, cheese, and a big spoonful of enchilada sauce. Roll up the tortilla. Repeat until pan is full of enchiladas! Be liberal with the cheese and sauce. Any leftover cheese, chicken, or sauce can be poured on top.
4. Bake in the over for 30-45 minutes.
