It is a classic family casserol
Brown ground beef, and saute onions.
Combine with chili powder, salt and pepper.
Reserve 1 cup cheese in a quart freezer bag to use when serving.
Spoon enough meat mixture and cheese on each tortilla to cover a third of it. Roll tortilla.
Place seam side down in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish treated with nonstick spray.
When completed, combine soup, sour cream and green chilies to makea sauce; pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and freeze. To bake, thaw. Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
