Mix cornmeal with milk, oil, corn, baking powder, eggs and salt.
Pour half the mixture into a greased cast-iron skillet.
Sprinkle onion, cheese and peppers over mixture.
Pour remaining cornmeal mixture on top.
Bake for 1 hour.
