Pretty good stuffed green peppers
Put peppers in pan and cover with water - boil 5 minutes.
Place in oven-safe casserole dish - standing up.
Mix ground beef mixture, without soup, and fill peppers - put any extra meat around peppers.
Mix soup with 1 can water and pour over peppers.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
