Suggest a better descriptionCook rice in 2 cups water according to directions on package.
Saute onion in melted butter.
Add remaining 1 cup water and bouillon cubes.
Remove onion from stove and add cheese, broccoli, and eggs. Mix well.
Add rice and put mixture into buttered casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
