Slightly spicy and very fresh sauce. very good with chicken

1. Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender or food processor and blend into a smooth sauce. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Transfer sauce to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes:
Sour cream can be substituted with yogurt if desired.
