This is a Japanese style green tea ice cream. It is very easy to make and it is very delicious.
1) Pour milk in the sauce pan with midium high heat until boil and turn off the hob quickly. Then add green tea powder and mix well until all green tea powder has dissolved. Pour it into a pastic jar and cool down with ice water around it.
2) Put egg in the blender and blend until pale yellow, gradually add caster sugar until well mixed. Then add cream and mix well with egg and sugar.
3) Now the green tea milk mixture should be cooled down then pour it into the blender and mix well with cream mixture. You can also add food colour if you want.
4) Pour all the mixture into an ice cream maker and based on the manufacture' recommendation.
