Heat up a Couple tablespoons of spicy wok oil & canola oil in a pan. Stir fry all veggies until bright & still crisp, then add to curry pot. Stir fry cubed chicken until 80% cooked then add to curry pot. Let all summer 10 minutes to fully cook chicken.
