blanch broccolini, asparagus and green beans in boiling water for 2-3 mins.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for approx. 30 seconds, or until fragrant and starting to colour. Add broccolini, asparagus, beans and kale and saute for approx 2 minutes, or until the veggies are just starting to crisp and turn golden. Remove from heat.
Stir in the lemon zest and juice and season with salt and pepper.
