This is a nice way to start a meal sitting by the barbeque...
Finely chop basil an garlic and add about half a cup olive oil to the mixture. roll out the dough and brush with the basil/garlic oil on one side and put that side on the grill for 2-3 minutes, turn the dough and brush again with the oil and put a slice of brie cheese on each piece, when the cheese is melted remove from the grill and add the parma ham and some rocket salat and enjoy !
