Steam Artichoke until tender
Cut in half and let cool for 20 minutes
Mop with mixture of Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Oragano, Rosemary, Thyme and parsley (pre mixed)
Add salt and pepper on top of artichoke
Smoke at 225 degrees for 30 minutes on the trager grill
Grill on hot open fire pit until grill marks show
In seperate pot make dipping sauce:
Mixmayo, mustard, fresh herbs(rosemary and parsley) garlic, red wine, salt , black pepper and lemon juice
