Dessert made on the grill......what better summer treat? These are sweet and rich and reminiscent of a banana split.
Heat grill to high. Sprinkle bananas with maple sugar and cinnamon. Press pecans into bananas and put on grill fruit side up. Cook 5-7 minutes or until the fruit is dark brown. Discard peel. Serve with whipped cream.
If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips over pecans.
