Place beef in a 13x9 glass dish. Mix browning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Brush mixture all over beef followed by vegetable oil. Mix garlic and kosher salt together to form a paste. Rub paste all over beef. Cook on grill heated to 375 for about 60 minutes. Use meat thermometer to ensure meat is done.
