Suggest a better descriptionSlice zucchini into 1/2” thick. Mix all spices, herbs, and oil in a bowl. Coat zucchini and grill each side until it becomes tender only flipping once. After you flip place mozzarella on top to melt. Remove from grill and garnish with tomato slice. If desire, drizzle balsamic over the top. Low carb and delicious!!
